All of the staff are fantastic and every therapist (Physio, Acupuncture, Chiro, Massage, Personal Training, Mental Health) I have seen in my time with them has been outstanding. I highly recommend Brownstone Health to anyone who may need any of these services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Brownstone for years, and cant say better things about this place. Very professional, easy to contact and book appointments. I personally have gone to physiotherapy with Matthias and Deana Karner; both have been excellent in helping me get back to sports or normal. Very easy to talk to and have expertise to share. If their level of knowledge speaks to the quality of the other staff, then I would have no issue seeing others there. I also hear their gym/sessions are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best chiro in the city. Go see Dr. Jessica Nieckarz. Professional, friendly, excellent at getting to the root of the problem, and actually wants you to feel better, not just in it to make a quick buck. Employs a variety of techniques not just joint manipulation. You won't be disappointed.
This place cares about you and your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Brownstone Health, I went for acupuncture but after a quick exam on my body, it’s was an hour of treatment and a lot of new experiences, had cupping and acupuncture done, but they way they explain and understand your body quickly and know what to do for which areas, I am feeling amazing and know exactly what’s going on and how we will get me back in my prime. Trisha was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she really explained everything, and put all her focus into helping me, made the entire experience even better. Definitely using Brownstone Health for everything they offer. Words can’t explain of how many people I personally messaged to recommend them this place after I left, so happy a friend mentioned them and pushed me to make the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Jessica for a Chiro initial assessment and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. So friendly, so knowledgeable. Made me feel so comfortable and I feel so much better after my adjustment and cupping session. I wish I could give her 10 stars! I highly recommend Jessica if you are needing some Chiropractic adjustments.
