★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a medical professional I wanted to run a research project evaluating impact of yoga (pranayama) in patients with congenital heart disease. Bally kindly volunteered to teach study participants. She visited Toronto General Hospital every Saturday for more than 6 months; even in the days, when her daughter was visiting her from UK. She is a great yoga instructor and a teacher. Without her help and generosity this study could not have been completed. Thanks a million Bally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Bally with neck issues and a lack of options and in desperate need of healing from the pain and discomfort. Any thoughts of uncertainty and sceptism disappeared as her welcoming spirit had me relaxed and ready for reiki treatment. I highly recommend going to Bally for any physical or spiritual issues that one may have and to go with a mind that's open and ready for healing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed the Heal Your Life workshop with Bally and it was amazing and eye-opening! Part of the workshop includes mindfulness and meditation. This has always been something that I really could not get myself into. Bally really taught me about how to easily incorporate this into my day-to-day without it feeling like a chore as well as understanding the body-mind connection. I learned several great strategies to change the way I was thinking like the AFFIRMATION BATH – my favorite! Her knowledge and support but more so her vulnerability to share her experiences and journey is what motivates me now to continue to change the way I think and the words I speak to better different aspects of my life and reach my personal goals!
I also receive regular Reiki treatments with Bally and she is warm, loving and a great listener. I always leave sessions feeling “light, relaxed and positive”.

My husband and I had a hard time conceiving and I wanted to try Rehki to help.
I had to undergo Fertility treatment, which in it self was very stressful and discouraging. I had called Bally to start Rehki along side the fertility treatments to help me relax and become myself again. Let me tell you the experience has been wonderful! In just three months of Rehki treatments, we got the news that “We Are Pregnant”. Bally had made me feel absolutely comfortable during our sessions and allowed me to understand what was going on. We would have discussions of what I felt during the sessions, and vice versa. After my first session I had felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders – and to leave everything for the universe to decide. I would greatly recommend Bally for Rehki and I will continue my sessions throughout my pregnancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience having a reflexology and reiki treatment. I am amazed with the improvement with my body. I have been experiencing lower back pain, congestion, headaches, all of which I had been taking meds and been doing chiropractic adjustments without much improvement. Ever since my visit with Bally, my back pain was gone, no more congestion, and haven't had any headaches. The Reiki was a different feeling, helping me emotionally and spiritually, something that I have never looked into but I needed help with due to ongoing negative experiences. I felt uplifted and positive after the Reiki. I highly recommend visiting Bally as it will truly change you for the better as it has for me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Bally has been completely amazing. I have done both reki and reflexology with her. I usually don’t like getting pressure points done as they are painful but Bally makes you feel comfortable and knows how to relax the body.
The aura when you first walk in is very relaxing and calm. Definitely would recommend her for the services she provides.
