★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is exactly what i was looking for it's clean ,the staff is extremely professional and they directly bill which makes life easier .I had a wonderful massage with Urvi. She resolved most of my upper back and lower back. Would definitely recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had appointment at 11:15 AM for 1 hr massage Therapy. Room temperature was hot and massage table was not clean it seems it was not cleaned after previous appointment. After massage requested towel, body was oily , therapist said we don’t provide Towel. You guys charge $110 + tax and you can’t afford towel? Disappointed and will not back at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience here at the massage Addict bramlea location,from the moment i entered i was attended well. Had my thoughts but got the best massage i have ever experienced by Ujjwal . I had severe back and neck issues but felt like a whole new person after it was done. He is extremely professional and knows what to do.Would really recommend him to everyone. Already booked my next one .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for quite sometime now, my massage experience has always been satisfying by Mike, Jay, Ujjwal, however yesterday was no so good at all, first my time slot was booked for 4:30pm showed up 7 min early, wasn’t attended by the therapist Joel until 4:40pm, then my massage only lasted 45 min, I told him I didn’t get my full 60 min, he said I have another client waiting and just shut the door, came to know when I was leaving & passing right by him, he was browsing on his phone, (waiting for his client) this got me furious so I lodged a complaint, then was promised another massage for free this time, was told to wait 30 min, after 15 min passed they canceled my appointment due to booking another client, now I’m still waiting to be heard from management staff. Not a satisfying experience felt disappointed. I hope they honour what they say. :(

12month- 80+tax/massage
They charge insurance directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first massage here today (as a birthday gift to myself) with Khushi. She was SO friendly and sweet, very kind and we got along wonderfully. I already booked my next session with her. Even the front desk staff (I think her name is Kimberly?) was super friendly when I called to book and when she greeted me at the door. So far my experience has been great!
