Even though classes were all online, the instructor made the environment super comforting and welcoming. Instructions are consise, well to follow, and soothing. Great quality classes fit best for personal convienence as well as excellent communication when booking classes.

The classes are very well organized, relaxing and at the end of the one hour, I feel very energized. The instructor, Gayatri, is an amazing yoga teacher and she makes sure we do the poses correctly and safely to get maximum stretch and she explains to us the benefits of each move on the body. I love the classes.
