We never had to make last minute runs to the store for diapers. The price was very reasonable too. This is the best gift for new parents!

I never had a blow out and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about cloth diapers in general. Not just their own brand. I also found the service very consistent. I always received the amount of diapers I needed. Potty training my son was amazing. I had heard horror stories of boys taking forever to potty train and yet it only took a couple of weeks with him. I am now 32 weeks with my second and have already set up the service to start as soon as my little one arrives. I highly recommend this service. You get the benefits of cloth diapers without having to deal with the mess of them.

A great service, very clean product, and great communication. Happy Nappy was an awesome company to deal with. Always very quick to respond to us, and helped us out whenever we had questions regarding the service. We used their service for 19 months, and it was well worth it!

The service is great, any issues we came across were dealt with quickly and professionally. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the option of a diaper service as we share laundry with neighbours, therefore it would be unfair to tie up the machines with our own cloth diapers and we dislike using disposables as it is incredibly detrimental the the environment, not to mention some disposables can be harsh on babies skin! We would recommend this service to anyone!

I was also quite impressed by the absorption potential of the diapers which was the one misgiving I had about starting a program like this. The diapers were capable of handling your baby's most epic blowouts, ghastliest soils and soaking pees. Definitely would sign up again if more babies showed up.

I would suggest buying new born covers right away as they do supply some to get you started but they are not in great shape, with velcro being worn and sometimes the waterproof coating is worn. That being said, customer service has always been great, the diapers are nice and easy to use. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to not have to worry about laundering cloth diapers, which frees up more time for baby snuggles!!

Brent has been so helpful and informative about the ins and outs of cloth diapers and answering all of my questions. The delivery/pickup right to your door is so helpful with the busy schedule that comes along with a new born; and the price is super reasonable as well! Happy to know we are helping to reduce waste and that my baby girl is wearing something more comfortable that won't result in a blow-out (up the back) or those nasty rashes that come along with paper diapers! It’s important to have an easy to use and convenient diaper service, especially with a first born when everything is so new and things like new diapers might otherwise get forgotten in the mayhem. The quality of the diapers is good, with the occasional snap or two that refuses to work anymore and a simple fix of leaving that diaper out for pick up and repair. Less leaks with these diapers and covers than the week we tried disposables. Could not imagine using anything but Happy Nappy after 8 months of fantastic service.
