Came up with excellant end product to be used. Will now cut it for me and deliver first part of next week. Could not be happier, always satisfied when I go there. Top notch team there!
j	jake filmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered $600. of building supplies, wasn't able to go in store because of "Corona" needed to exchange something for a different size, was told by 1st employee that they won't accept returns due to "Corona" while she's standing less that 2 ft from me, talked to owner who despite the fact he knew me by name, refused to accept them without a receipt, even though Their Price Stickers Were On Them & they still had part of my order on backorder, told him if you're gonna make me go home to get receipt when you Know they were bought here I'll be returning Everything, he did & so did I! Terrible customer service from the owner, who lost a $600 Sale! What a Joke! Never shopping there again! Repurchased items elsewhere, for cheaper & with Much Better Service!

All of his staff are just as informative and helpful. We had a lumber emergency a few weeks back and they made sure the pieces I needed were delivered to my house in less than two hours to be able to finish the project. They have also helped us with ordering unique hinges and oddly shaped counters we need for our commercial business. I really appreciate their hands on approach, well worth the visit.
P	Peter Lindsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away unless you have unlimited money. EVERYTHING is over priced. Unless you are really stuck for something you are better to go to Coboconk to get supplies or Lindsay or Jermyn Lumber in Bobcaygeon. And they know they are overpriced but do not care.

Chris is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to anything to do with home repairs and maintenance and I can’t even imagine what I would have done without their expertise for our home renovation. You can tell they’ve spent a lot of time curating the store to stock high quality items at good prices so you can trust what you buy.
