★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this location today and was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a tea and cheese croissant and got my tea fairly quickly but waited 15-20mins for my Croissant. I had to ask them TWICE becuase the first time I asked they ignored it and gave somebody else their order. I'm pretty patient but this was ridiculous ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty ham and cheese sandwich, but came toasted which I did not ask for. More burned than toasted. Pretty much the same at every Tim Hortons. Poor equipment, not preparers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There almost daily. Great smoothies. I always have them give me an extra shot of syrup which makes it perfect. Staff is mostly kids who are friendly and respectful. Drive through is pretty quick.

Super clean place, not even piece of paper on floor.
Very very nice staff. Super nice, even when they are super busy for breakfast time.
Came for visit from GTA and it's a pleasure to start a nice morning with some people.
Great food, baked with passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the course of time I have complained about these people not filling coffees up, you pay for an extra large but you get a large here's the proof. The manager has made many excuses for the staff but these ones were made by manager. I don't have this problem and Bobcaygeon or other Tim Hortons.
