★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice folks and a well stocked store! Were out of a few things I needed but sent me to a competitor nearby without batting an eye. Almost docked a star only because my wheelbarrow was full of baby spiders (stored outside over the summer haha).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there a 10 star option? Seriously, Paul went out of his way to help me in almost every step of planning for building my garage. I contacted him at the beginning of the summer with nothing more than wanting to build a garage. Once Paul stepped in the project literally took off. He supplied me absolutely everything I needed, all supplies down to the staples to put on the typar. He worked with me to pick up colours, supplied me with plans, saved me about 3 months of planning. Every time I came up to build, that was the only thing I needed to focus on, the supplies were at my cottage before I even arrived. Really awesome stuff Paul and Marie! Literally all their employees are very happy to help as well. Going to get them a bottle of wine once COVID is over and personally thank them. Sincerely a happy garage owner.

Blair tracked our order, advised us when it was available at the store, and arranged a mutually acceptable delivery day and time. He is positive, personable and enjoys interacting with his customers. He is a credit to this store. Shields is an excellent source of hardware and advice in cottage country.
