L	Linda Hodgkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to anyone that has had a different, more pleasant experience than my own but I have had awful customer service experiences at this location. Each time, I have felt as though I was bothering staff by asking questions and they seemed put out to have to assist me with anything at all. There was some blatant eye rolling and impatience with my lack of knowledge about some DIY home improvement projects I was trying to tackle myself, despite that I was one of only two customers in the store at the time. I won't go back to this store.
R	Rita McCarty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unimpressed with the customer service. I placed an order a week ago with a delivery scheduled for 7 days later at a charge of $100. (credit card was charged when placing the order). Planning ahead I arranged for someone to be home. I called at 12.31pm to see what time they were coming and was advised that it would not be delivered today. I received a call at 3.25 (they hung up) I called back and was told that it had come in today and that it would be delivered next Thursday. Cheeky responses from their staff = unhappy customer. Note : I do totally understand that we are in a pandemic BUT communication is key!

We might have gotten the same items from the more convenient Home Hardware nearer us but they surprisingly require a minimum $50 order to put together a pick up order! Would have rated our Rona higher but the pick up service was very, very slow even though there were only 3 vehicles picking up at the time we were there.

Had checked online prior to driving all the way to the store, and the website said our particular store had many (50+) of the bins we wanted in stock. When we got to the store we couldn't find them anywhere after searching all over, so I politely asked an employee about them and mentioned the stock numbers on the website. Without so much as even looking at a computer or anything, I was told with a scornful look that they did not have those storage bins in, and what was on the shelf is what they have. So I went home and ordered 7 bins online for in-store pickup at the same location. Lo and behold my order for the bins was ready for pickup the very next morning as soon as the store opened. Funny how they "didn't have any in stock" and yet they were able to fill my online order so quickly.... seems more like lazy employees who didn't want to do their job. Wasted my time and gas going back and forth when they could have just quickly checked the stock for me when I asked.

J	Jay Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: Went into Rona again the past weekend (October 2nd-3rd)Megan was wonderful to deal with at the Service Desk and helped me with my paint. These Employees are worth seeing! Went into Rona for the first time last weekend. As a first time customer I have to say the service was amazing! The two females at the back service desk Megan and Kay were very enthusiastic and friendly. They Joked around and made it seem like a nice environment and were more than willing to help me order my lumber and show me where the screws were. They both made my experience worth it to continue to come back.

After a week I called them for them to tell me it's on next truck and will come Friday, 7 days after original date. Friday come and no call. Following Mon I call them. That the shower would be on next truck Fri. We are now at Fri and no shower once again. I decided to see if I could fine another location with said shower. 4 in Scarborough. I drove to go pick it up myself. Rona Lindsay is the biggest joke in town.
