the last visit, i had schedule an appointement to get an alignment done, i chose 1130am because it was my best time and the time stamp was available so i took it..got there the appointement information never got to them even tho it went thru on my end.They only thing they could do to help was me waiting for my vehicle for almost 3hours!.couldn't do it since i work with my truck. I've book multiple times thru the online booking and never had issues.Well appart that i always had to wait longer for them to work on the truck( late bringing in the vehicle).
It seems they work with 2 different booking systems, one they write down in a book and one online.Come on it's 2020! everything should be on the computer these days.
There is also a few times i called to ask questions and they never could take the time to respond them.
Terrible service for an entrepreneur who needs his truck serviced on time.

Replaced my transmission, I thought someone could do it cheaper as this was just before Christmas. So I shopped around and they had the best price and offered the best warranty on their work.
Definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the Covid restrictions, this turned out to be my best car buying experience (and I have a few...). I was able to get a great deal (making sure on their own that I got all the rebates I could possibly get) on a fairly rare and exclusive vehicle (Camaro SS 1LE). They put up with my nagging requests for upgrades to prep the car exactly like I wanted and they held it at the dealership for two months, while waiting for Spring temperatures to return, with no issues. All in all, Outstanding Service leading to an Outstanding experience!
