After having written the comment Mr Sean Amorer from Decarie contacted me immediately to try and right the wrong that was done here and took care of it all. I was very happy with the service he provided, as it was exactly a level of service you would want at a dealership. They're clearly taking action to improve customer service based on the feedback they're receiving. I can recommend Mr Sean and his team without a doubt.

The most terrible salesperson we ever got.
Knowledge of cars = 0
Professionalism = 0.
Not only did he take forever to get back to us during our communication he couldnt even formulate an email. We struck a deal and paid a deposit! and later we're told he totally went back on his word and said the offer was off the table. Not to be trusted. Will never ever go back. Buyer beware. Will be contacting consumer rights groups. This is not how business is done.

The whole team is very friendly and goes out of there way .The garage staff that is there is at the top of their profession . Marcel the service consultant greets you warmly , Is respectful, polite and very professional. All in all the whole team is the BEST!
