★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given lousy service. Was looking for something so I asked a worker if you aren't busy do you carry...? Was told she'll be back. So I waited...and waited..and wait...no I gave up I could see her just standing over their in the other room not doing anything.. so I definately recieved bad service and she didn't even recommend me finding another worker if she was busy. Hallmark has lost its shine in my eye. I used to believe in the company but I guess the good employees were the ones I believed in. They apparently aren't there anymore. Visited on november 26 around 10ish 11ish am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Went looking for a graduation gift and the sales associate Monique was extremely helpful and she shared lots of ideas! I got the perfect gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of visiting this store a couple days ago. First the negative . I was a little overwhelmed - front area of store was crazy crowded, I truly found it hard to navigate with my "Louis" carryall over my shoulder. I do understand "real estate" and "cost per square foot" and the need to drive retail - but found it hard to even find or look for things - while other areas seem to take too much space and would be better served to be less, and allow more for Seasonal and Giftware if the "runway" was more negotiable. That said I had the pleasure of Kai helping me - amazing service and a true asset to your store. I would visit again and spend just for his service alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping at this Hallmark for many years & the customer service never fails to be anything but excellent. Super kind & attentive! I especially enjoy the lovely but brief conversations that I've had with one staff member in particular by the name of Holly. Would recommend this location to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always loved Hallmark and was sorry to see some stores close. I received excellent customer service from a woman with long grey hair. I think her name was Holly. She was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and had a great sense of humour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys best store ever never been treated so well by a person called there was looking for the Death Star tree topper and was amazed they still had one the manager was so awesome Anita helped me she’s the best I received the tree topper the next day Les then 24 hours I will always use this hallmark for my future Star Wars keepsakes thank you so much for everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited the store for some last minute Christmas shopping and was greeted by a wonderful employee named Monique. She was extremely helpful and had great recommendations to help cover everyone on my list. She was quick and efficient, and such a pleasure to talk to! The store did seem a bit crowded and overwhelming to sift through myself but she knew where everything was and helped me find some perfect gifts. Great customer service. I'll definitely be back.
