Not only did my hair completely come undone in less than 4 days, after spending $240 ...for crochet hair that should last weeks. ...but then there was "no way for refund or exchange"
A policy that wasn't stated at the beginning of the service.
So now I have ratchet hair and an empty wallet for nothing !
Also I had booked direct via email, when I arrived the studio wasn't even aware that I had an appointment!- apparently I was booked for a different studio out of town- the owner "assumed" I meant the Regina location, rather than verifying.
Thank goodness there was an artistic available to do my hair...alas..it didn't even stay in!
Plus the studio was in disarray. And the chairs super wobbly., Not safe ..and uncomfortable to sit in for 4 hours straight. And there was NO washrooms.
The poor girl beside me was getting her hair dyed, an almost 2 hour service...and she needed to use a washroom, had to walk to the convenience store beside the studio.
Not impressed.
