As hilarious as it sounds, I swear I told her I wanted my bangs a little shorter ("just a little bit above my eyeball") before she straightened it, they were halfway up my forehead. It's a good thing she didn't even cut half of them, so when I go to Millenium Hair Styling, they can cover the butchered half with the rest of it.
Also left with a headache because this woman practically bludgeoned my temple in with her giant green plastic comb. Mentioned I was trying to get rid of the damage from heat styling. What did she do? Followed up the cut with a hair straightener.. Not impressed. Never again.

Asked for her to shave the underneath and just a trim and layers and she only shaved the one side of the underneath and my layers weren't even blended! Literally cried when I came home and noticed! Never going back there again, such a shame that I always buy my hair products there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is GREAT !!! with that said my hair cut and color I waited a year to get I hate... it was to be grey . I love the dark bluish route but the ends arnnt grey and I have red/brown band around the middle . I should have done the rose gold as it would have looked better. And hid that band. The hairstylist did try her best but I feel should have advised bot to do grey as it wouldn't work. I'm using purple shampoo reccomenede by stylist but it's not working and hair is gross feeling :'( ... like I said its a GREAT environment and very friendly just wish I went with my first instinct color.
Update got hair RE done and I LOVE IT

Booked a colouring.
Whatever was going on turned into a disaster. She came home distraught after the dye was staining her head. At one point the dye was covering her nose and had to scrub to get it off. We had to use a home product to get the dye out. We then discovered that the dye wasnt all rinsed out and the black was coming out everywhere. Lastly we just discovered that her shirt had been stained by the dye in multiple spots. Not sure what happened but my mother being who she is, still felt the need to give a tip on top of an obscene price for the quality that was recieved.
