★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les professeurs sont compétents, motivants et attentionnés. Les cours sont bien construits et diversifiés. L'énergie est très différente des autres gymnases et les entrainements se déroulent dans un très beau lieu où on se sent à l'aise d'apprendre à son rythme en douceur (mais avec intensité).
 The teachers are competent, motivating and caring. The courses are well constructed and diversified. The energy is very different from other gyms and the workouts take place in a very beautiful place where you feel comfortable learning at your own pace gently (but with intensity).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went trying a pilates class for the first time given by Maude. The class was okay but to me, not a real classic pilates class (little core work) and not challenging. I did not appreciate the attitude and obvious lack of patience that was given to me when I asked questions after class. I felt bad.
Plus, converting/deducting my test class from a 5-class card was not possible. I just abandoned. Too bad, it's close to my place, I would have loved to go there. Maybe, I'll check another instructor.
