★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in not really knowing what to expect i really wanted to try boxing as. Way to get out of my gym routine. I signed up for a boxing basic class on Friday at noon. Let's start with the warm up it was amazing 4 mins in I was drenched in sweat and loving every minute of it. Then came time for the drills the instructor Marc came up to me and asked if it was my first time which it was. It was amazing how much time and care he gave to coaching my uncordinated self through the moves. I had an amazing time and really felt the effects right after. I would definetly return to that class and would recommend this facility to anyone looking to reach that next level in their fitness journey!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the kickboxing classes at the academie! The instructors are very attentive and excellent teachers. They really take the time to show you the technic, they are really concerned in helping you improve your skills at kickboxing. Really love it when I go, it's a great way to stay in shape, absolutely great workout and love the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for beginners, went for a free trial and I had to sign up for more! Trainers are kind and take the time to watch you and correct your movements. The boxing classes are a great workout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5/5 for the schedules but maybe it must be improved for the weekends. a good variety of martial arts. I was parachuting boxing. really good trainers. very safe. it is a good opportunity to start martial arts because they have beginner classes for each discipline. The staff was really good, dynamic and very welcoming. maybe the administration system can be improved and the training equipment + training room.

The place is also really clean .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this gym . It is clean , well run and very well organized. There system of check in and access online to an easy to read and navigate schedule really sets it apart from other technologically unfriendly gyms. Atmosphere is really nice if you are beginning and nervous to try something new and also challenging enough for when you are more advanced . Every teacher is different which is a good thing . Some give more explanations , some are harder on conditioning and some offer harder and more variable drills. My only recommendation would have more of consistency for advanced classes since sometimes the course taught is more appropriate for beginners or intermediate with the specific teaching style. Although this is very rare -

Instructors are nice and very competent (at least from my point of view).
Don't be afraid to try the first free lesson.
