La propriétaire, m'a ironiquement suggéré de l'utiliser pour faire de la cuisine! J'ai laissé la bouteille qui était 2 fois le prix de cette même bouteille a la SAQ sur le comptoir et je suis partie. J'y allais couramment, mais je n'y vais plus! I bought a bottle of oxidized wine and they wouldn't exchange it or refund it. The owner ironically suggested that I use it for cooking! I left the bottle which was twice the price of the same bottle at the SAQ on the counter and I left. I used to go there fluently, but I no longer go!

Au 2eme prix la dame deja désagréable me dit que si j’ai pas d’argent je peux partir. Je passe. Je finis par me décider sur une bière dont je connais le prix et cette dame désagréable me carte de façon maligne (j’ai 40ans nom de nom!!). Marre je quitte et elle me rajoute encore 2-3 propos désagréables. Le mari est très sympathique à contrario ce qui me peine dans cette mauvaise revue. I went there once for beer. Since the prices of some beers weren't displayed, I ask for them. At the second price the already rude lady tells me that if I don't have any money I can leave. I pass. I end up deciding on a beer that I know the price of and this nasty lady gives me a clever card (I'm 40, name by name !!). Fed up I quit and she adds another 2-3 unpleasant remarks. The husband is very nice, on the contrary, which pains me in this bad review.

Bonne chance pour acheter de l’alcool si tu n’as pas ta carte sur toi, et ce, même si tu habite à la porte d’à côté et qu’elle te connaît très bien et qu’elle a vu ta carte à maintes reprises. D’autres voisins m’ont rapporté la même expérience. La loi demande de carter les gens qui ont l’air de 25 ans et moins, pas tous les clients. C’est dommage parce que c’était dans mes valeurs d’encourager un dépanneur qui n’est pas tenu par une chaîne, mais au final j’ai décidé de ne plus faire affaire avec ce commerce. Convenience store that does not help out. I can't count the number of times I must have left on the shopping counter because of the rude owner. Good luck buying alcohol if you don't have your card with you, even if you live next door and she knows you very well and she saw your card at many times. Other neighbors have told me the same thing. The law calls for people who look 25 and under to be excluded, not all customers. It's a shame because it was in my values to encourage a convenience store that is not run by a chain, but in the end I decided to no longer do business with this business.
X	Xavier Déry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm terribly jealous of my friend who lives close by, for having this store as her next-door dépanneur. This convenience store is the best of the whole neighborhood for sure, a strong reason being the choice of microbrewery products they offer (including the occasional beer they're the only ones selling, on the whole island) and they're very nice and helpful with customers. Fu Quane FTW.

I live in an apartment complex literally 2 minutes walk away and all my neighbours have told me that they have boycotted this depanneur because of the bad customer service. I decided to give this depanneur a chance, considering everyone has their bad days. Boy was I wrong! After 1 year rudeness, I have had enough. Just an example of what happened last night. I walked in and asked for a pack of cigarettes, very politely as usual, even having wished a happy new year to the lady. I said yes to a pack of 25 cigarettes and then immediately changed my mind and asked for a 20 pack. The lady got really frustrated with me and I asked her if everything was ok. And she responded telling me, "You don"t understand. I asked you and you told me..." Just mean mean! Talking to me as if I was a 2 year old child. Instead I am a grown woman. A contributor to society. I told the lady that I deal with customers all day long and I treat them with respect because they give me business. I told her that I just injected money into her business by making a purchase and that sometimes customers dont know right away what they want and that is ok. It's the nature of business to be polite with customers, ensuring they have a pleasurable experience at your store thus enciting them to return. After numerous attempts and chances of trying to get respect from these depanneur owners, I can proudly say that this depanneur has lost my business going forward. Her husband is just as rude.
