I've dealt with many jewellers in my life and I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. Not only they are extremely educated in the product knowledge, but their customer service could not have been more helpful during the process. They will listen to your needs and help you find what you are looking for without going over your budget. They will help you pick out the finest accessories you or/and your significant other may want; from his & her Breitling wrist watches to trendy Pandora bracelets to that simple diamond ring. The staff working at Creation Paul H are willing to meet and exceed expectations with regards to some of the most busiest times of the year yet you would never feel rushed. Sometimes they even have happy hours and will offer their clients champagne or wine. Creation Paul H definitely knows how to treat their clients like royalty. Hands down 5 stars!! You will not be disappointed.

Incompetent unprofessional staff. they can't even know how and what to order as a bracelet for a breitling watch....I left the store, got my reimbursement and went to Chateau d'ivoire (rue de la montagne)...this is where I met Tristan and he knew what he is talking about and gave the best service I need and he changed within 10 min my breitling bracelet where it took 2 visits at creation paul and 2 hours lost for nothing....will never go back again to this store! go away ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant watch and jewellery shop at the south end of Little Italy. A good selection of Oris, Raymond Weil, Citizen, and Tissot. As well as a full selection of Breitling. Staff has always been a pleasure to work with, helpful and patient. My purchases, repairs, and time spent browsing and trying were always enjoyable.

There are no words to explain how impressed we are with our experience at Creation by Paul H. After searching through several jewelry stores in our local city, we decided to make the drive to Montreal. I wanted something different and eye catching and felt that other stores had the same type of selections. Paul greeted us with a smile and a heart full of passion, just waiting to make us happy. I was impressed by the unique selection of rings in his store but also the experience and knowledge Paul has!! He offered us ideas from using jewelry from our last, redesigning and creating new pieces and giving us the opportunity to feel like we had endless options. We never felt judged on our budget and there was no pressure for a timeline. Best prices for sure!! We found our wedding sets that day and Paul was so kind to size it for us immediately so we didn't have to make another trip! No stress and we left super excited about what these rings meant to us and our future! Thank you Paul and staff so much for putting a smile on our faces.
