★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant experience here. I was helped by Pierre-Olivier who was very knowledgeable and passionate about watches. He recently completed a workshop at the Rolex Service Centre and you can see the excitement when he talked about it. Even though I wasn't planning on buying anything the first few visits (the watch model I wanted takes some time to acquire), Pierre-Olivier and the staff of Bijouterie Italienne were always welcoming, courteous and honest with regards to expectations. Definitely worth a visit, if you're into watches and I'm looking forward to see the expanded lineup of watches and new space once the expansion breaks ground.

Despite the current Rolex shortages, he did his best to make the experience very pleasant and we had great discussions about various models. We took the time to get to know each other, talk about the history of the brand, and he made sure to listen to the various models/configurations that I was looking for.
I hope to continue to keep working with a very knowledgeable, friendly, and fellow watch enthusiast towards acquiring my first Rolex watch. I'm very happy to support a local family-owned business and I'm still enjoying my first purchase of a Hamilton to celebrate a milestone back in 2018.
I'm hoping to continue to celebrate many more milestones going forward alongside Bijouterie Italienne and expand my collection along this journey!

For every special occasion for our family they helped us with jewelry, watches and also the best advice.
From the beginning they were very friendly, knowledgeable ready to help without anything in return, a family owned business offering a “family treatment” to they customers.
Lately after almost two years waiting time they offered us the opportunity to purchase a Rolex watch. I know long wait time, but we got it.
Our greatest appreciation to the sales manager Michael, our SA Pierre-Olivier also al the staff and not the last Marco the owner.

The team was very knowledgeable about Rolex watches and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a great experience, and we now service our current watches here.
They also helped in picking out necklaces for a communion, which were of very high quality with a lot of selection on hand. I would definitely recommend Bijouterie Italienne to anyone looking for a watch or for any other jewellery need!
