C’est par Giant (marque du chauffe-eau) que j’ai découvert la compagnie puisque c’est eux qui s’occupe de faire leur service. Il a été très agréable et courtois! Je me suis sentie en confiance et il m’a donné pleins de conseils. Il s’agit de notre première résidence et nous avions installé nous-mêmes le chauffe-eau donc ses commentaires étaient très appréciés. Il m’a expliqué la garantie et le fonctionnement en détails. Vous pouvez être certain que je vais les rappeler si j’ai d’autres problèmes de plomberie. Mr. Donald Morin has just changed my pressure regulator! It is by Giant (water heater brand) that I discovered the company since they are the ones who do their service. He was very nice and courteous! I felt confident and gave me lots of advice. This is our first home and we installed the water heater ourselves so his comments were much appreciated. He explained the warranty and the operation in detail. You can be sure that I will call them back if I have other plumbing problems.

Guillot lui-même qui m'a envoyé un technicien en dedans d'une heure. J'ai eu un service courtois, le technicien était très compétent et a même pris le temps de m'expliquer ce qu'il faisait. Ses honoraires était raisonables considérant qu'il aurait pu abuser de la situation. Très impressionné par la qualité du service. Ça vaut la peine de débourser un peu plus à l'achat initial pour éviter les problèmes plus tard. Je ne reçois aucune redevance pour mon commentaire et je ne suis pas associé en aucune façon à Guillot Chauffage. Je tiens tout simplement à rendre à César ce qui revient à César.
