À la suite de la réception de la facture, comme il y avait une erreur, j'ai appelé 3 fois et envoyé un courriel: toujours sans retour, excepté des courriels pour me rappeler de faire le paiement. Finalement on me dit qu'ils doivent écouter tous les enregistrements de mes appels avant de pouvoir me répondre... Très mauvaise expérience client! Very bad service. Following the receipt of the invoice, as there was an error, I called 3 times and sent an email: always without return, except emails to remind me to make the payment. Finally I am told that they must listen to all the recordings of my calls before they can answer me ... Very bad customer experience!
