Étant mal pris, j’ai appelé quelques cie de plomberie pour faire le travail, mais aucune d’entre elles ne voulaient faire ce travail. Une amie m’a recommandé de contacter Plomberie Orléans pour évaluer ce travail qui était somme toute d’envergure. Vu l’importance des travaux et de l’urgence de la situation, le propriétaire a immédiatement commencé les travaux d’ouvertures pour ensuite remplacer les tuyaux. C’etait une grosse job mais les travaux ont été complétés le soir même Un immense merci et un très beau temps des fêtes à l’equipe M. Blouin A few days before Christmas, I have my main cast iron pipe deserting my 2 homes which has cracked along most of its length. Getting caught up in it, I called a few plumbing companies to do the job, but none of them wanted to do the job. A friend recommended that I contact Plomberie Orléans to assess this work, which was all in all major. Given the importance of the work and the urgency of the situation, the owner immediately began work on the openings and then replaced the pipes. G	Guillaume Vezina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service inacceptable. prend le temps de prendre un rdv 1 semaine à l'avance et de transmettre des photos pour montrer la complexité du travail et pour avoir un estimé du temps, tel que convenu avec la personne de PO. Un retour le soir même sans problème me dit-on. aucun retour de courriel. la veille du rdv, j'appelle pour vérifier si il vont bien venir. ils n'avaient pas pris la bonne date en note (que j'avais pourtant rappeler dans le courriel). il me dit qu'ils vont s'arranger pour venir quand même et que quelqu'un passerait le lendemain matin entre 7h30-8h pour estimer la job (possiblement arrivée d'eau en plus du chauffe-eau). toujours personne à 10h00 et personne ne nous a appelé. finalement j'appelle. le gars est pris sur une autre job. Je veux bien croire aux imprévus sur une autre job, mais siboire, si tu prends un engagement, et que tu ne le respectes pas, le gros minimum c'est d'appeler pour aviser. on prend congé pour faire faire une job et c'est le service qu'on a reçu...très déçu. c'est ce foutre du monde, carrément. Aucun engagement de respecté. nous ne recommandons pas cette entreprise. unacceptable service. take the time to make an appointment 1 week in advance and send photos to show the complexity of the work and to have an estimate of the time, as agreed with the person from PO. A return the same evening without problem I am told. no return email. the day before the appointment, I call to check if they will come well. they had not taken the correct date in note (which I had however recall in the email). he tells me that they will arrange to come anyway and that someone would come by the next morning between 7:30 am and 8 am to estimate the job (possibly water supply in addition to the water heater). still no one at 10:00 am and no one called us. finally I call. the guy is taken on another job. I don't mind believing in the unexpected on another job, but siboire, if you make a commitment, and you do not respect it, the big minimum is to call to advise. we take time off to get a job done and it's the service we received ... very disappointed. it’s the fuck of the world, downright. No commitment respected. we do not recommend this company.

Ont passé leur temps à critiquer tout ce qu'ils pouvaient dans ma maison. Ils m'ont obstiné que mon entrée d'eau n'était pas une entrée d'eau. Et pour finir, suite à une demande de 2e avis et à une utilisation de meilleur équipement, les informations fournies par les deux plombiers étaient erronées. Une chance que je n'ai rien fait de ce qu'ils m'ont dit. Ils m'ont donné l'impression de ne pas être prise au sérieux parce que je suis une fille, mais c'est courant dans la construction. Cependant, l’entrepreneur m’a fait une soumission verbale par téléphone, car il n’avait pas le temps d’en rédiger une complète puisqu’il était débordé. Effectivement, j’ai constaté qu’il répond constamment à son téléphone pendant le travail. Rendu sur les lieux, il ne se souvenait pas très bien de ce qu’il y avait à faire comme travaux et la « job » était plus importante que prévue VS le prix qu’il avait estimé. Il a fait quand même tout le travail au même prix, mais n’a pas manqué de me mentionné a des dizaines de reprises, qu’il faisait la job à perte. Il a aussi oublié de me laisser la cheminée d’accès pour mon clapet et n’a pas voulu me la fournir par la suite prétextant encore qu’il avait fait la « job » à perte, pourtant j’ai payé cette pièce. J’ai dû racheter un clapet complet simplement pour avoir la cheminée d’accès qui ne se vend pas séparément. Mon conseil, faite vous faire une soumission papier TRÈS détaillées si vous voulez faire affaire avec cet entrepreneur pour éviter les malentendus désagréables lors de la réalisation des travaux. 2016. Changement d'un réservoir à eau chaude un jour férié en plus. Excellent service, courtois et rapide. Recommandé CAA. 2019. Work well done in general. However, the contractor gave me a verbal phone call because he did not have the time to write a complete one because he was overwhelmed. Indeed, I found that he constantly answers his phone during work. When he was on the scene, he did not really remember what to do as work and the "job" was more important than expected VS the price he had estimated. He did all the work at the same price, but did not fail to mention me dozens of times, he was doing the job at a loss. He also forgot to leave me the access chimney for my flapper and did not want to provide it to me later still claiming that he had made the "job" at a loss, yet I paid this room. I had to buy a full flapper just to have the access chimney that does not sell separately. My advice, made you a VERY detailed paper quote if you want to do business with this contractor to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings when carrying out the work. 2016. Changing a hot water tank on a holiday in addition. Excellent service, courteous and fast. Recommended CAA.

Ils m’avaient dit à l’époque que le chauffe-eau avait une durée de vie supérieure aux normes. J’ai appelé ce matin et la réponse que j’ai reçu est qu’ils n’ont pas le temps sans même me suggérer une date. Pourtant ils sont venus quelques fois chez moi. Très décevant! They installed a water heater in me 9 years ago and it started leaking. They told me at the time that the water heater had a longer life than the standards. I called this morning and the answer I received was that they didn't have time without even suggesting a date. Yet they came to my house a few times. Very disappointing!
