â â â â â dommage qui a pas l'option de mettre 0 Ă©toiles, on a fait faire nos fenetre au condo ainsi que plusieurs autres rĂ©sidents la job a Ă©tĂ© fait a butch, on les appelles y nous rappelles jamais et la on a besoin de rĂ©paration et on joue au pingpong avec vous en vous dirigeant partout sauf la personne responsable.. qui rappelle jamais
 a pity that has no option of putting 0 stars, we had our windows made at the condo as well as several other residents the job was done in butch, we call them there we never remember and there we need repair and we play ping pong with you by going everywhere except the responsible person .. who never calls

AprĂšs plusieurs appels, je n,ai pas rĂ©ussi Ă les rejoindre. J'ai laissĂ© un message et je n'ai jamais eu de retour rappel.Je suis trĂšs déçu du manque de service de cette compagnie.
I had work done on my residence in Quebec in 2015. I am trying to contact the Fenestra Group because the problem with my windows has not been resolved. After several calls, I have not been able to reach them. I left a message and never got a call back. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service from this company.

â â â â â A part le technicien sur place qui a Ă©tĂ© super professionnel, trĂšs mauvais service Ă la clientĂšle. Plusieurs erreurs, trois rendez-vous et aucune rĂ©action de la part du service Ă la clientĂšle. Visiblement, le profit est une prioritĂ© chez Fenestra.
Apart from the technician on site who was super professional, very poor customer service. Several errors, three meetings and no reaction from customer service. Obviously, profit is a priority at Fenestra.

â â â â â MalgrĂ© plusieurs relances, Groupe Fenestra ne mâa jamais contactĂ© pour venir effectuer les travaux dĂ©crits dans leur soumission. Jâavais pourtant acceptĂ© ladite soumission depuis le mois de juillet 2020. En date du 11 novembre, toujours aucune nouvelle.
Despite several reminders, Fenestra Group never contacted me to come and do the work described in their submission. However, I had accepted the said submission since July 2020. As of November 11, still no news.

â â â â â Great experience, very professional and knowledgable team came in and re-did all the weatherstripping on my hundred-year-old home which made a tremendous difference that winter and saved us lotta money on our heating bill and increase comfort.
These guys are the experts; they can even 3-D print missing and hard to find parts for window mechanisms, crazy stuff.

â â â â â During 2020 Fenestra worked on our 26 storey Ottawa area high-rise.
Windows and sliding doors needed to be overhauled.
On 372 windows with sliding sashes two sashes per window are equipped with thermopane glass. These sashes were never quite designed well nor assembled right from the manufacturer. After nine years of use a new, properly designed extruded profile supported the thermopane glass properly and each assembly was reinforced with better, self-aligning hardware. The windows are now what they should have been from the start.
Our 241 sliding doors needed new seals and adjustments to close and open more easily.
The Fenestra team also assisted with a water leakage test to find where moisture entered the building envelope in two locations and damaged the trim of windows on several floors.
Great communications, record keeping, care and competence handling residents, flexibility to work with schedules that were impacted by COVID lockdowns, etc. Reliable and competent team, with sound ideas to repair windows in a cost-effective and durable way, instead of just offering replacements.
A job very well done.
