Dans le groupe des moins chers, sans être la plus basse, Restaure-Action a été l'entreprise qui m'a fourni la soumission la plus détaillée. C'est ce qui a motivé mon choix. Les travaux ont commencé une journée plus tôt que prévu et ont duré exactement le temps prévu. Les ouvriers ont été sympathique et consciencieux. Je recommande. I had 7 bids made which ranged from $ 5,000 to $ 22,000. In the cheapest group, without being the lowest, Restaure-Action was the company that provided me with the most detailed quote. This is what motivated my choice. The work started a day earlier than planned and lasted exactly the time planned. The workers were friendly and conscientious. I recommend.

The company does not see the time to come and finish our work, Amherst condo, the work started last November and the company has still not come to finish their contract after several telephone calls. I sincerely believe that a company of this kind must keep their words and commitment and completed the work on time, sorry but we are very dissatisfied ?????

Échanges qui ont été des plus professionnels et cordiaux ce qui nous a amenés à demander une soumission pour des travaux de réfection de maçonnerie (joint vertical mur mitoyen) à notre copropriété. Le travail a été réalisé dans les délais prévus à notre entière satisfaction et grâce à la collaboration des dirigeants et employés de l'entreprise. En résumé: Professionalisme, ponctualité, qualité, communication et collaboration exceptionnelles. Une denrée rare de nos jours! I got to know representatives (employees) of the company during work carried out on a neighboring building. Exchanges which were very professional and cordial which led us to request a quote for masonry repair work (vertical joint wall joint) at our condominium. The work was carried out on schedule to our complete satisfaction and thanks to the collaboration of the managers and employees of the company. In summary: Professionalism, punctuality, quality, communication and exceptional collaboration. A rare commodity these days!

There is one thing about the date to execute the project; I should get a more precise timing window when the project can be started. Other than that everything else is perfect. S	Sara Mohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and follow-through. Has been like pulling teeth just to get a simple quote sent to us. Our first evaluation was done by Jocelyn in the beginning of November 2021, he told us we would get the quote within the week. One of the co-owners tried to follow up before xmas to ask again for the quote. No response. I called the company twice in January before Jocelyn finally responded to me and he has no real explanation as to why we never recieved the quote . He promised me he would send me the quote that week. The next week, I still hadn't heard from him. Call him leave a message, don't hear anything back again. Then a few days later I call the company again to complain. Then Jocelyn calls me back finally and leaves a message. He also texts me saying he can come the following day or day after to redo the estimation. I text back agreeing and I ask for the time... twice! he never responds. it is bizarre that I have to chase a company in order to be a customer... We will definitely be going with one of the other companies that was able to follow up with basic communication.
