★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au début, nous étions très satisfait, mais Mme Lucio a cessé de retourner nos appels, textos ou courriels vers la fin du projet. Nous lui avions versé de l'argent pour qu'elle paie l'ingénieure, mais elle n'a jamais versé celui-ci à l'ingénieure. Ce faisant, nous avons du payer à nouveau l'ingénieur pour ses services, car elle est partie avec notre argent. De plus, elle n'a jamais fourni l'information nécessaire à l'ingénieure pour que celle-ci puisse émettre une attestation dont nous avions besoin. Elle avait aussi des correctifs à faire sur certains travaux effectués, mais cela n'a jamais été fait, car elle a cessé de nous parler.
Quelques temps après que Mme Lucio ait cessé de communiquer avec nous, nous avons eu des appels de sous-traitants indiquant ne pas avoir été payés, nous faisant craindre pour une hypothèque légale de la construction. Toutefois, il appert que la situation s'est régularisée pour les sous-traitants.
At first, we were very satisfied, but Ms. Lucio stopped returning our calls, texts or emails towards the end of the project. We paid her money to pay the engineer, but she never paid it to the engineer. In doing so, we had to pay the engineer again for his services, because she left with our money. In addition, she never provided the necessary information to the engineer so that she could issue a certificate that we needed. She also had fixes to do on some work done, but it was never done because she stopped talking to us.
Some time after Ms. Lucio stopped communicating with us, we had calls from subcontractors stating that they had not been paid, making us fear for a legal construction mortgage. However, it appears that the situation has stabilized for the subcontractors.

Cependant, je côtoie Cindy Lucio, dans le monde des affaires et il est clair que c'est à Parallèle Groupe que je confie mes prochains travaux. Cindy est une entrepreneure irréprochable, et grandement appréciée de tous. Sachant que les entrepreneurs en général sont eux-mêmes très exigeants, c'est tout de même remarquable. Elle est reconnue pour ses aptitudes humaines, son assiduité et son dévouement au bon service.
I have not yet had the opportunity to benefit from their services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semblais professionnel, il ont effectué une visite des lieu et nous on donner comme délais quelque mois pour la réception du rapport. Après 4 mois d'attente, plus de son plus d'imagine. Laisser au moins 10 messages vocal et envoyer quelques courriel sur une période d'1 mois, semblerais que personne ne travail à cet endroit car c'est impossible de parler avec quelqu'un. Nous avons finalement décider d'aller ailleur. Énorme perte de temps dans notre dossier. Que je fausses promesses de recevoir un rapport "dans 2 jours" pendant 1 mois.
Seemed professional, they visited the site and gave us a few months for the receipt of the report. After 4 months of waiting, its no more imagines. Leaving at least 10 voice messages and sending a few emails over a period of 1 month, seems that nobody works there because it is impossible to speak with someone. We finally decided to go elsewhere. Huge waste of time in our file. That I false promises to receive a report "in 2 days" for 1 month.
