โ โ โ โ โ Anna is a very professional dog groomer. She loves every dog and treat them as her own child. When I have my first puppy I went to different places to groom and Anna is the one who do the best. My puppy always smell good for few days, ears clean nicely and Anna will also cut the tummy hair of my puppy so when he pee there will never be a mess. Now I have two dogs and I will always and only let Anna take care of them. Because every time When they come back home from Anna they are always happy. I highly recommend The groom house daycare and pet salon to everybody.

โ โ โ โ โ My dog was traumatized by the groomer place that she went before. I was super careful choosing this one and I am glad that I did. The groomer took her time with my dog and listened to everything I requested. Quite far from my place but I am super happy I find this place. I highly recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ worse grooming job ever and they blamed my dog was too old and only sat down and couldnt stand for the owner to trim my dog and wouldnt fix the loose ends i requested and told me to go home do it myself. ive called the better business bureau already. what a joke

โ โ โ โ โ Anna and her team did such a wonderful job on my cat, Golden! When we brought her home, she was sparkling clean and very happy. Iโve never seen a groomer do such a good job de-shedding her. Will definitely be back!

โ โ โ โ โ I brought my dog (shitzhu mix yorkie) in for full grooming and when he came home we noticed there was blood under his paw. When my bf picked him up, staff didn't mention anything. When I called to ask what happened staff said my dog was out of control and needed 2 staff to hold him down. My dog goes for regular grooming and not once did our regular groomer say he's difficult to handle. We only went to groom house because our regular place was booking too far away and with the heat I wanted to get him groomed ASAP. Groom house didn't apologize and they blamed my dog for possibly injuring himself while walking or jumping on walls. They asked me to come back in so they could put powder on the nail to stop the bleeding. I said I would rather bring him to the vet. Then she hung up on me! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never bring my dog back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

โ โ โ โ โ I very rarely leave ratings but I just have to for this grooming place! I love that they are very responsive and thereโs no doubt that they do a very great job. I absolutely can tell the difference from the other grooming places weโve been to. I really feel like I can trust the staff here. Plus they do the cutest haircut job!! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Been going here for the past year... love how they cut my dogs nails they don't split or leave scratch marks on my floor at home. Staff are very nice to my pooch as well. A must recommend to take ur cat/dog for gromming.
