Cute Puppy Grooming Salon

We tried cute puppy grooming the first time today, loved the result, our dog looks tidy and all the rough fur around his butt and between paw were gone. Definitely will go there again! Thanks a lot for making him look so good :)

Cute Puppy Grooming Salon was wonderful with my precious 18 month old, 50 pound labradoodle today! I booked the appointment with Cute Puppy (last minute) yesterday afternoon, after having my very popular North Vancouver groomer appointment for July 27th (today) was given away to another more frequent client. The North Vancouver groomer, by the way, offered me another appointment slot a week later, August 3rd. However, it had been nearly 18 weeks since his last proper full groom from a 1 inch length. The thought of waiting another week, our pup would have been shaved. Rachel, from Cute Puppy Grooming Salon, was able to fit us in, in a timely manner. I was so relieved and I still prepared for the “summer shave”. I like the long Muppet look, but not a great style during the heat wave. Recently it became challenging to keep him untangled. Waiting another week or even two months for an appointment was not possible. Cute Puppy Grooming Salon is professional, reliable, responsive, and kind. Initially, my pup was barking a lot in the new environment, then settled down quickly for his grooming. He was calm and happy during his spa treatment (full groom). I was sent a video, a photo, and updates during his appointment. So sweet! I brush my pup somewhat regularly. However, my pup still had mats at the armpits and tail which took extra time. No problem for Cute Puppy! Are you still wondering if you should make a call to Cute Puppy Grooming Salon? Yes do it! Don’t hesitate. I am so happy and my pup is happy too! I have been bringing my dog to petsmart for 5 years to be groomed and decided to find a new groomer since the last few times he was given a hack job. I brought my dog here and it is by far the best grooming he has ever gotten. His haircut was very neat and clean, and he came home looking like a teddy bear/so soft and smelt lovely. The groomer listened to all my requests and I was very happy with the service I got! Highly recommend :)

Great promotion for new customers ! My Bichon Pixie has not enjoyed the few baths I’ve given her at home so I was worried how she would do at a grooming salon but she seemed happy after her haircut! It’s a little shorter than I was hoping it would be but everyone I’ve met says she’s still super cute ? Next time, I’ll ask for a slightly longer cut but other than that I look forward to coming back. Also love that Metrotown is just a 5min drive away so I can chill out and do some shopping for a few hours while I wait. Thanks Andy and Rachel!

Really enjoyed Cute Puppy Grooming! They did an excellent job and I’m so happy with how her haircut turned out! I’ve been recommending them to all my friends with dogs because they are great at what they do. Would highly recommend!!!

We love our puppy's haircut! They were communicative and professional. The service was very well priced. It was our puppy's very first grooming session and we were relieved to hear she did well. We hope to be back soon :)

So happy with Cute Puppy Grooming! We’ve tried many groomers before but never very happy. My puppy was quite nervous but the owners were very friendly and gave her the cutest teddy bear haircut. We will definitely be back next time :)
