Used to do my services here until I started dealing the service manager called RUDY..I decided to take my car somewhere else (I didn't want to give the whole service department at this dealership a bad review, because I used to get good service in the past. Therefore I mentioned a specific person)....if this man lands on your service appointment, RUN AWAY SO FAST!! He will inflate everything from number of hours the job will take to what needs to be fixed (extra parts outside the problem area) Some of us are not mechanics by trade but can do these things ourselves, unfortunately due to circumstances (time, family etc) we are unable to attend to our cars. Honest is not too much to ask...if the car has problems, quote it accordingly don't say the task will take 6 hours while it is only 1 - 2 hours. Don't add extra parts to replace if the problem only requires one part. This man will destroy the reputation of the service department at this dealership very soon...rightnow they may think he is bringing revenue but trust me, but the wake up call on most of this dealership usual customers is around the corner!!

Bought a 2015 Acura there. The sales person was nice. I had an issue with the lack of covid protocols and the amount of people blatantly not wearing a mask, walking around eating or purposely pulling them down under their noses. I let the manager know and he apologized. The Acura has a battery issue present from day one, in eco mode sometimes itnwould not turn back on when my foot came off the break. Kept happening and we took it in for servicing after having it towed there. We make the trip with the kids and drive back the two cars, being told the problem is fixed only to have it not start again today. Now we are out of pocket 300 dollars for a battery just months after picking up the vehicle and I don't even know if the battery is actually the issue.

We regret purchasing a vehicle at Grimsby Kia. They deliberately hid known issues with our pre owned vehicle and they have refused to take any accountability or assist in any manor. Their sales' staff sold us a pre-owned Kia Sedona. Once we paid and were ready to pick up, another employee gave us a walk through of the van's features. One of the features being power sliding doors. The first red flag was when this employee said... "If the power doors start giving you trouble, just turn off the power doors feature". That comment made us lose confidence in our choice of purchase, but the deal was done at this point. From the moment we brought the Van home, the doors would work on and off. Sometimes they wouldn't fully close and would beep for the duration of the drive. Other times they were fine. Due to the pandemic starting weeks after the purchase and having a newborn at home, we were not driving much at all, so it wasn't a huge issue. Then days after the 90 day warranty ended, one of the doors would no longer open, I noticed a dangling wire. The other door wouldn't fully close so the van constantly beeps. I emailed the dealership and they ignored me. I contacted the owner and they suggested I pay $500 per door to have the issues diagnosed. After that, he estimated repair would be $1500+ per door. This was their solution, even though I noted that their employee tipped me off on the existing issue right after I purchased the van. Even though I noted that having a non opening door is a safety issue should our 4 children should they need to exit the vehicle in an emergency. Even though I noted that due to lockdowns, we were unable to bring the van in sooner and many companies were changing policies to extend return policies and warranties until after lockdowns were over. The 2nd issue was regarding the Brand New Winter tires I purchased with the van. I had them on for maybe 2 months, with extremely low usage (a couple thousand km would be a high estimate). One of them blew on the highway and sadly the dealership will not do anything to help-- most dealerships offer a warranty for 75,000km or more... Kia Grimsby offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deliberately hid a known issue with the vehicle I purchased and refused to do anything to remedy it, they ignored my emails. Once they have your money, they don't care anymore.

I was looking to purchase my 1st new car. I had my heart set on the K5 GT in Wolf Grey. β€œUnfortunately” my local dealership (Windsor) was unable to β€œsecure” one for me. However I was once again offered the white one that was available on the lot. I asked once more if they could get either the GT or GT line in wolf Grey. I was told β€œI’ll have to check but I don’t think so unfortunately.” I never heard back from the sales rep in Windsor. So I took matters into my own hands.I did the work myself. I made some phone calls & searched the internet. Right there in front of my eyes on the Grimsby website was the car I was looking for! I sent a message after 11:30pm. Two mins later GEORGE answered my message.The next day we sealed the deal! The car could have been delivered, however I chose to take the train there. I was so impressed with all the staff! Everyone treated me with kindness & respect. You feel a good vibe when you walk into the dealership. Everyone was great at handling my enthusiasm as I was extremely happy about my new purchase! The sales man at Windsor Kia should take a lesson from these guys! Once again thank you GEORGE, Kyle, Dean & Darren. It has been a pleasure doing business with Grimsby Kia. I would highly recommend my friends & family take the trip to see these guys!

I had to find a car very quickly due to a previous accident and got into a couple bad experiences with the car shortage. However, walking into Kia Grimsby and dealing with Joe was the best experience. Once I test drove the car, Joe took me through all the possible options. He was very kind and patient. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the car and that’s what I appreciated most. Mark was also very funny and kind. He explained all the financing to me until I was comfortable. He got me the best financing I could qualify for. I am delighted with my experience at Grimsby Kia. Thank you!

I just picked up my 2022 Kia Forte5 from Grimsby Kia and I must say it was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle! From talking with Joe about what car I wanted to talking with Mark in financing my new car to picking up my car, every aspect was absolutely PAINLESS! I love dealing with every single one of the people at Grimsby Kia. The entire service department, sales department, finance department, and reception are fantastic! They actually care about providing great and reliable service! If you are looking for a new Kia or a used vehicle, I would highly recommend going to Grimsby Kia!

Our car was a right off after an accident so we started looking for car and found Kyle from Grimsby Kia. He asked what our needs and wants were and then within a few days he found a few options for us, which was amazing as there is a shortage of vehicles. We drove down to see the vehicles and picked one. Kyle is amazing. He is true to his word. When he says you can each him any time and that he will call you back right away is definitely true. The service and kindness we received was amazing. When we walked into the dealership we felt right at home. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle for sure and will tell friends and family for sure. Kyle went above and beyond for us. Keep up the great work Kyle and gang
