★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment for a factory recall on the passenger airbag of my Silverado. Told that the part would get ordered and they would get back to me by my cell number. After 4 weeks I reached out again and was told they would check with parts and get back to me. Again 4 weeks later I reached out and was told that the part was in so I could schedule an appointment. ( 10 weeks to get an appointment?). After receiving the service I noticed that a crack in the dash was mentioned on the work order. I saw the crack in dash (quite noticeable and a small chip missing) where the airbag access had been removed for the service and also that the glove box was reinstalled noticeably crooked. Back to the dealership I went to question these two things. The service manager and technician both told me that the dash was like that when I brought in the truck. If there was a crack (which I don’t believe there was) it would have been a hairline that wasn’t noticeable. The service manager said they would realigned the glove box but I said to leave it and left unsatisfied

In order to get a five star review, Wills needs to take their customer service to the next level.
No car wash services. Protective steering wheel cover left on the floor.
Full service means giving back a clean car to the customer outside and inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told an hour to get my new tires installed and ended up waiting close to 2. It was busy in there and the staff were very friendly. But no apology for the wait. also no one came to check into tell me how much longer my tires would take or anything.
Competitive pricing and the receptionist caught giving me the rebate for the tires I got.

Steven Hood was my sales rep and he is knowledgeable, funny and fun to hang out with. He answered all my newbie questions and that made the test driving experience so memorable! I am sure other sales rep would do the same but I will 10/10 look for Stephen next time ?
