★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly kind people and amazing service! My vehicle was broken into while I was passing through Nelson. The folks at Nelson Chrysler helped me patch up the broken window and did a great job cleaning the interior, which had been vandalized. Even though I arrived during their lunch hour, they worked on it immediately and got my car back in safe driving condition so I could get back on the road right away, and didn't charge me for their time. It was a very kind gesture when I was having a rough start to my day, and I am very grateful to them!

My car started to make weird noises, and as I was traveling from Vancouver, I was worried that they would charge me tons of money and/or it would take a long time to be back on the road.
This never happened and within less than an hour my car was back on the wheels.
Awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really disappointing experience - my partner left an inquiry on a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 on Thursday. Gary returned it via phone call and email on Friday morning. My partner replied to his email scheduling a test drive for Saturday afternoon (today), and again this morning confirming our arrival time. We were unexpectedly delayed in getting to the dealership today and so we phoned to reschedule. We were then told by Brad the truck had just sold and that a deposit had actually been made yesterday. No communication about this rather important update at any point during their business hours today, call or otherwise, despite having both our email and phone number on file. We live in Winlaw and would've driven an hour to Nelson this afternoon to find out the hard way. Frustrating to have missed out on the truck, but even more frustrating to have received no communication about the sale of a $46,000 vehicle we had expected to buy today (for my partner's birthday no less). It was a dream vehicle but I can't imagine buying from here now.

An honest no up-selling experience with Brad who had all our paperwork organized before we even arrived. Add in a price that simple could not be matched by any other dealer and you have a dealership that we whole heartedly recommend!

Effiecient, organized, clear communication and friendly. Special shout out to Glen for arranging and organizing a warranty covered door/panel allignment repair and hire car for me for a week while the body shop had my car.
