Traded a vehicle in for a 2014 Ford Fusion on Nelson Ford’s lot and was meet with great service by Marshal and the new owner Mike Goretzki.
Mike was very opened and fair in regards to the swap of vehicles and any concerns I had with the vehicle I had swapped for.
Mike and Marshel definitely made myself feel as if I was in a good hands, I felt confident in my purchase even though I am a highly skeptical person when it comes to purchasing vehicles.
Let’s hope this new vehicle for myself lasts :’)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Du to unforeseen circumstances stances I had to buy a F150 in 2019 elsewhere and was completely unsatisfied. I went to Nelson Ford and explained my situation. Mike sat me down personally and built a 2021 F150 with me and it’s the perfect truck and showed up way earlier than expected thank you Nelson Ford. They really treated me like family and always make sure I’m 100% satisfied I will never buy a truck anywhere else. I highly recommend going in to see the staff there and hopefully drive away in your new vehicle!!

Great friendly service, a few days later they fixed a prablem I had that came up the very next day no questions asked.
Never thought it would be that easy to work with a dealership.
Going to go back for any ford purchases I make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to drop a BIG SHOUT OUT to Mike and his Team at Nelson Ford for the Platinum Level Service they provide consistently and especially last week. Had an issue with our Co Truck last week called into Leon in the Service Dept. he had a cancelation opening; Colins Service Team had us on the hoist for an inspection; Team Tandy were on the tools they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the new parts installed that afternoon and back to us inside of hours. Truly impressive Service, Thank you Team Nelson Ford!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last few decades I have bought four cars from Nelson Ford Sales. The service and sales department has always been stellar. They were informative and accommodating. But today I want to recognize somebody who works tirelessly in the background. Ike Braga is the financial services manager that did the financing for at least my last 2 ford purchases ike sets yoiu at ease in what, for most people, can be a stressful situation.
The reason I am writing this today however has to do more with customer service than financing due to personal issues I've had to rearrange much of my financing and I went to Ike mainly for advice. Ike was thoughtful and presented me with various options that could solve my personal issues. This went above and beyond customer service into the realm of thoughtful helpfulness. And again there is no reward in terms of sales for this attention. So anyway here's a shout out to Ike and the team down at Nelson Ford you guys are awesome

Customer Service was wonderful and everything was thoroughly explained about the vehicle, financing, etc. We had a horrible experience at a different car dealership and are so grateful we had a better experience at Nelson Ford. Manager Mike is also so helpful and goes up and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend Nelson Ford if you're looking for a supportive sales and service team.
