Haley Regan, finance manager, was efficient, quick and refreshingly engaging in going through the leasing arrangement. Those final arrangements are tedious, detail-oriented but necessary. Thank God for her lively mind and scintillating personality.

They just wanted to go home, asked full diagnoses and service, they changed battery and starter and that was it, dropped it at my place. Fluid levels weren’t filled up, oil wasn’t changed, my wipers are bad - they could have been changed, there is an engine check light on - that’s still there and the shaking didn’t go away. I never saw mechanical shop where people have no enthusiasm and interest to work with the car and actually maybe make money. For battery and starter I was charged 1250$. Lady working there was super nice though, she did me a favour and dropped the car at my place because I couldn’t make it to Hamilton on time.
