β β β β β Inhumane. "thank you truck drivers" ...but stand outside in the rain and wind like an animal while we make thousands of dollars with you. I understand the covid rules but a little bit of humanity goes a long way. Like letting a human stand safely inside with social distancing.
Service ppl are friendly and helpful. Some goon mechanic with an attitude on a power trip takes his job way too seriously and gives the others a bad name.
Last time i come here.

β β β β β Just want to say that I have been here before. And the services performed, were good. I understand we're in a Pandemic (Covid19) but I can't believe you told me my appointment was at 5 pm ,and not only am I walking around in the parking lot because there's no access to the building, but my truck was not pulled in till 7pm. Why even be open ? Thank you for the great experience.

β β β β β I took my truck there for a simple emissions issue. A spark plug and a ton of labour time tells me it was an expensive mistake. You would think they'd realize these type of issues after a while of being in the game...

β β β β β I would never buy a kenworth again I thought Mack was bad. Who sells a truck that takes 2-3 weeks to order a part and the service manager just shrugs it off like oh well. I make a living with this truck itβs not a passenger car. Big mistake.
