Staff often make the difference at the local Starbucks and that was certainly the case here. Stopped in for a coffee and was greeted, served promptly and was asked if the coffee was the way we wanted. Drop into this location for coffee and note that there's lots of seating and free WiFi during your stay. Thumbs up if you agree good customer service stems from the staff!

The prices are ridiculous to begin with, so when you ask for light ice to get even just one more ounce of a drink, it sure would be nice if they would actually make it light. I don't think half a cup of ice is "light". I'd sure hate to see what regular ice is. Markup on these coffees is well over industry standard.

I have had no issues with my drinks but I find this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Iโ€™ve been twice and every time it takes so long! A lot longer then the rest of the Starbucks Iโ€™ve been to.

we came right at closing time and they still were happy to serve us and we had a great chat with them while we waited for our drinks, overall a 10/10 drive thru experience!

Extremely poor customer service. staff at this Grimsby location are extremely careless and negligent. I'd placed a mobile order and walked in to the store expecting my drink to be ready at the pick up counter. But, after waiting for about 10 mins, I had to walk up to the till and enquire abt my order, only to learn that the drink was ready in time, but, was not placed at the pick up counter. Had I not enquired at the till, i should have waited forever, and no one would show up. And finally, the drink did not have cinnamon powder, that I've specified in my order. The staff at this location must realize that there are customers other than the ones who drive-in. This is not the first of such bad experiences at this particular location. This location causes disgrace to the brand Starbucks.

The time in the drive thru was long enough. However what set this on a new level was watching the employee in the drive thru window pet the dog in the car that was in front of me and then have the dog lick their hands. Then decide that it's a good idea to then serve me my food and drink.
