A	Amanda Bailey-Pepin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been specifically keeping an eye out for a Chrysler Town & Country and saw one posted on the website. The owner was very quick to respond, letting me take it out for a test drive on 20 minutes notice even though he was technically closed for the day. He worked with me and the finance company to get everything processed quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. There were a few things that I didn’t expect, though. The first was a rattling heat shield and the second being a small hole in the tailpipe. Those were both easy fixes. The last was that I had to replace two out of the four tires because they were losing air overnight. To be fair, I didn’t contact the dealer because I figured if I was going to replace tires, I wanted new. From all impressions that I got, if I had gone back to him, I’m sure he would have put two good tires on for me but, like I said, I wanted new, not just good.

P	Phil Benford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy a car from this place. The people they have safety their vehicles cheat their safety inspections. When I bought the vehicle I pointed out everything that I did notice to the salesman. I told him the air bag light was on and the tires needed to be replaced as they were bald. They fixed the airbag light but didn't change the tires. The first photo will show what they would pass as safe. The second photo is of what will happen to your tires less than 2 months after buying your car. Do not get a vehicle financed with them either. They will tell you that you are approved for financing then send you a $700 bill to apply for the financing which is at 21%. The remotes provided were both dead. When I put new batteries in them the lights would keep flashing until you remove the battery from the remote. The keys will not unlock the trunk. The wiper blades will be bad. The vehicle will have bad oil even though the sticker in the window will say otherwise. The vehicle had next to no coolant or washer fluid in the reservoir.

We went back to him and spoke with him and he would trade it in and give us our money back only if we purchased another vehicle from him. So we did that and still had to fork out 1900.00 to repair it. This guys was ok with letting us purchase 2 vehicles from him and neither one of them where road worthy.

After MANY searches online we decided on Frontier Motors to test drive a few we liked. Long story short we just picked up our car today! We weren't pressured, were spoken to with respect and with no condescension. Both Ruby and Sam were just wonderful. They were transparent, honest and made the entire process so comfortable. Highly recommended!! We did not use the financing option due to the high interest but that's not the dealership that makes those rates.

He was polite and honest and was more than understanding when I had a family emergency around Thanksgiving and had to put off bringing home the car for a week. He was compassionate and understanding. When I picked up my new car, it was clean and ready to go and he put the plates on for me. Very high end service and customer care. Highly recommended! Thank you, Sam!
