Elle manquait visiblement de connaissances. Elle a voulu se débarrasser de moi prétextant qu’elle avait un autre rendez-vous. J’aurais préféré qu’elle reporte le rendez-vous pour m'accorder le temps nécessaire à une transaction importante. Evitez cette firme à tout prix. Pitiful service from Me Dion! Three errors in my file. Very expeditious and no explanation given afterwards. She obviously lacked knowledge. She wanted to get rid of me on the pretext that she had another appointment. I would have preferred that she postpone the appointment to give me the time necessary for an important transaction. Avoid this firm at all costs.

N	Nicholas Liboiron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Wouldn’t respond to emails. When I arrived on time for our signing I waited 45mins for them to be ready after they’d already pushed our meeting more than a week. Very frustrating to deal with, avoid at all costs.

No follow up and no response for important matters until the day of your appointment -so you'll be there stressing about your bank wire and other things bc they can't do their job in a timely manner. They completely forgot my initial deposit of $20k and charged another $20k upon my second deposit. They also charge an "optional" bank insurance fee of ~$370 without asking if you want it or not. When I went to sign the notary documents, they were convincing me that it is absolutely a mandatory fee and they cannot refund it. So I decide to call RBC in front of them to just double-check with them and my advisor tells me there's no such thing... All of a sudden Grenier Gagnon drops their story about how this is a mandatory fee and goes "Ok, well, it seems like we can refund it" ... Will never be using them again and would have never in the first place if it wasn't my condo builder who recommended them.
