★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received a call from Jean Raymond offering us "Free" help on our Google Ads. Although sounding too good to be true, we accepted. Within a few hours we were introduced to Andy (Very, very knowledgeable) and between the two gentlemen we were guided through Google and explained what we should have been doing to optimize our ads. The expressions, "Professional" and "On the Ball" don't describe how good these guys are. We've given CyberPublicity the mandate to put us on the right track... something anyone reading this review should do. This will be life-changing for us!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete misuse of their clients resources by inflating the cost per click CONSIDERIBLY and when I complained about that and asked to be refunded for the unspent amount, I was reminded that I signed a contract and the only way to stop the add is for me to leave the $2000 that was not spent yet to them as a compensation for breaking the "contract". I will come back and provide more details about my experience with this company shortly. The CPC ranges for the target keywords is between $1 and $2. I ended up paying $10 per click thats to their expertise. I will see you in small claim court shortly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an Awesome team I Joelle connected with me and at first I thought there was a catch but then she showed me that they were genuinely interested and capable of improving our visibility online. Joelle connected us with Andy who trained us on our platform and capabilities of google Ads. and Analytics. The final touch was a connection with Anne-Claire, who has also been fantastic and creating our campaign and a monthly follow-up to make sure improvements and funds messages are being placed efficiently. This has been my journey with the team and I am thankful they found me.
