Par la suite Stéphane Larose qui avait premièrement proposé de m'accompagner sur mon dossier n'a plus été vraiment partant (question d'humeur de la journée apparemment). Trois quatre conversations téléphoniques plus tard, étalées sur 3 à 4 mois, me promettant à chaque fois de me revenir bientôt avec une solution mais ventilant surtout dans le vide, plus de nouvelles. 475$ partis en fumée donc... $ 475 for 30 minutes, for advice that has proven to be wrong over time. Subsequently Stéphane Larose who had first offered to accompany me on my file was no longer really ready (question of mood of the day apparently). Three four telephone conversations later, spread over 3 to 4 months, each time promising to come back to me soon with a solution but mainly ventilating in the void, no more news. $ 475 gone up in smoke so ...

No one picks up the phone all though the secretary is sitting there. When I went there in person, I was told "the notary is not in today." When I asked if she is going to be in tomorrow, the secretary threw her shoulder and said "Probably". It's quite clear these guys are not professional at all.
s	sami barran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called them for a lease . they asked me to send the file . they gave me an appointment for the next 3 days a 11 am . in the morning of the 3rd day , they emailed me that my appointment was postponed to 1;30 pm . at 12:30 pm , they sent me an email to tell me that they cancelled the appointment. what a shame . they wasted 3 days of my time while waiting for them ..........stay away of your time is valuable for yourself .

Additionally, there was a problem with the form before (entirely my fault) and I had to have it done again, and they did it at no charge. I would absolutely recommend them for your notary needs!
