The office staff are extremely friendly. Their COVID protocol is thorough and reasonable. I had to hand sanitize after being let in the building and then my temperature was taken.
Dr. Bruce was extremely friendly as well. He conducted a thorough exam and listened to my concerns. I felt like I had his and the nurses attention the entire time. After a quick x-ray, he walked through with me, he concluded that I did not have a cavity.
I felt listened to throughout the appointment and no further work was needed. Dr. Bruce gave me suggestions on how to mitigate the discomfort I was feeling as it was not dental related.
The nurse chatted with me afterwards as well and told me to come back if I experienced more pain.
Would absolutely recommend this practice!
