Staff is wonderful, caring and compassionate. They have helped me overcome the anxiety associated with dentistry.

Waited almost an hour after my appointment time. The doctor was rushed and rough on my broken tooth. She filed too much and nearly opened a previous root canal. They charged $350 for a fix that should have been permanent but had to be redone less than a month later. Total, torturous waste of money

I took my nervous 5 year old for her first visit and subsequently for fillings and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was so friendly and patient. They engaged her, answered her questions and kept everything fun and light. Dr. Lindsay is a rockstar! We’ve finally found a hometown dentist that suits our whole family!

Let me start by saying I drive 1 hour to see Dr. Lindsay! (Long story how that became to be) That’s how good she is! In the past I had a few bad experiences with a Dentist which caused me a lot of pain. Mind you I’m very sensitive to teeth pain. So I’m very anxious about who works on my teeth. She goes above and beyond for her patients . She is extremely gentle, understanding, honest, and patient. I cannot say enough about her. Her team that surrounds her are always happy and create a positive environment which helps ease dental anxiety. If your looking for a new dentist this is the place to go period. And BTW Joseph is awesome too! ;)

Best family Denist ever!! They are all so kind and patient and caring. I've always been scared of the dentist and I've always had bad experiences at dentists until I came to aylmer family dentist. They help me feel safe and comfortable with dentists, and they are always so gentle and they do a very good job at answering your questions or explaining anything you have concern about and they are wonderful with children. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely anyone who is looking for a good dentist that is always happy, friendly, kind and patient, and always makes you feel safe and comfortable.

I can’t say enough positive things about Aylmer Family Dental. From the moment you walk in to the office for your appointment you feel the compassion of the entire staff. The atmosphere and environment is very calming which I appreciated since I suffer from severe anxiety. Dr Maitray and Andrea were very understanding of my issue and were very accommodating to me. Dr. Obeid and Jennifer were so compassionate and made it a point to get to know me as a person which is very important to feel comfortable. I have never been to Aylmer Family Dental, but have a been a patient of Dr.Lindsay. I don’t know where to start about how amazing this doctor is. She is very gentle and caring. Her beautiful smile lights up the room and her cheering amazing personality is one of a kind. Would’ve loved to see her again but too far for me. 100% recommend.

Dr Lindsay and her team are incredible. I would like to share my story for anyone who has a dental phobias or previous trauma. Coming in with a severe phobia, they have been kind and compassionate from the first phone call with Sarah to the last treatment in this series. It had been 13 years since my last visit to a dentist due to my fears. I explained my fears weren’t from a traumatic experience at the dentist, rather an unrelated traumatic experience and this was how my body reacted. They have been nothing but understanding and have never made me feel shame for my fears. Sarah (intake) talked me through the options and made suggestions for the best way for them to help me. Andrea (dental hygienist) has been so kind in going at my pace, giving me options for things that concerned me, and made sure that I have consistency in always seeing the same person in the same room so I know what to expect. They did a consultation first as it had been so many years since my last visit to a dentist. No treatment was done, just X-rays and a look at what we were working with. The second appointment was for a cleaning, where they offered nitrous oxide to help me through it. Game changer! The last one was tough, I had chipped a molar and also needed a cavity filled. I don’t like freezing so wanted to do it without, but I was really anxious about it. Sarah, the initial intake person, came across me waiting for the bathroom crying/hyperventilating in the midst of a panic attack. I didn’t think I could do it. I felt stupid that my body reacted this way and was embarrassed. She sat with me and helped me breathe through it, came back to the room with me and held my hand until the nitrous kicked in and I was more relaxed. Dr Lindsay was so patient, went at my pace and made sure I was ready before starting the work. She talked me through every step, paused when needed, was attentive to my reactions, and checked in with me regularly. I ended up getting through it with no freezing, the most pain was just from the cold water on my sensitive teeth! She told me so many times that I was doing amazing and was so encouraging. I can’t say enough about this incredible, compassionate and understanding team. And kudos to Alyssa, the assistant, for not taking it personally when I panicked about the room change and different person helping. You were great! Thank you for everything all of you do! And if you are reading this and got to the end, take a chance on Dr Lindsay and her team. You won’t be sorry.
