Northern Dental Centre - Grande Prairie Dentist

Phenomenal service. Extremely friendly staff. Being a senior there are now major teeth problems and with no dental coverage, some dentists do not treat patient with the same service as those with coverage. I almost thought I was in the same situation ( I have paid many dentists for Consultation...and... NO change to my teeth lol) At one point during my appointment, I was just going to leave, but, the staff calmed me down and I allowed the dentist to discuss my situation. OMG. WOW. All the other thousands of dollars being quoted to me drop drastically with Northern Dental Care. Time, everything!!! So, turns out, my bottom teeth with be saved and the top...well, they have to go! lol. I just want to thank the staff and the dentist for their patience, compassion and understanding...and for talking me into staying! The dentist is looking after the referral to get my top denture...seeing it is coming from the dentist and the way he treated me... I know I can TRUST Thanks for the E-ray...your kindness is overwhelming and you all made me happy, (I was laughing instead of crying). It helps me to believe in mankind in our current titled world. Seems GREED has evolved everywhere and it is refreshing to find HONEST SERVICE! LOVE all the friendly welcoming smiles. Looking forward to sharing my smile, (which I love to do now, despite the "look" of my current smile)... and know I am not offending anyone with my teeth. Thank you again and now the song: "All I want for Christmas is my front teeth"...this present is coming true. Thank you again. I HIGHLY recommend Northern Dental Centre...for the fair prices and exceptional quality customer service. Shine on!

I absolutely love the staff at Northern Dental centre. The ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and friendly. The dental hygienists and assistants are all so sweet and gentle and Dr. Rami is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He does beautiful work and is gentle, informative and patient through the whole process. I highly recommend!

I broke my tooth at about 1:15 in the afternoon and made some calls. Wasn’t able to get into my dentist and a friend suggested trying his - Northern Dental Centre, and am I ever glad he did. Not only did they get the tooth filled by 3:00, I came away feeling like I had been treated like royalty. Dr. Rami and his assistant, Erna kept me informed about everything they were doing and everything they were about to do. In the state of mind I was in, that really helped. So if you are looking for a dentist or if you have a fear of dentists, I strongly suggest you try this office out. Everyone there is so friendly and relaxed that it turned my painful experience into a visit with some new friends.

Don’t use this form if you have kids. Dr. Smith has been my dentist since 6. I am currently 41. A new owner came and basically pushed my old dentist out and took over with out a cutesy explanation of where my dentist went. I continued attending my kids appointments there and today my son has his first filling and the dentist won’t allow me in the room with him as they do the procedure. They tried to explain the child does better with out the parent but I believe it’s my right to be with him. Very disappointed in the compassion here.

Northern Dental is great! I hate getting cleanings but Teisha is the best and I look forward to seeing her every few months. Everyone is so good with me and my kids. Dr Rami is friendly and easy to talk to. I've been going here for 6+ years and will never switch!

I had the best dentist experience in my life. Seriously. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I was even given a blanket because the A/C was turned on. They made me feel like a person and not a dollar amount, which has been my experiencing living in the NWT. I will tell all my family and friends back home about Northern Dental Centre!

Dr. Rami and all other staff is great. Always very kind, professional and accommodating and will go above and beyond to make me and my family visits comfortable. I have been using Northern Dental Center for last 5+ years and always had a positive experience. I can say my kids are not afraid of dentists visits and their service charges are always reasonable, and they follow Alberta Fee Guide!

I used to love my dentist. I’ve been going here for around 20 years. Dr smith was kind, helpful, let me do payment plans when I needed. Was told my teeth were built up with a strong bond only to be told today it’s essential plastic and will brake. Now it’s seems they just want your money, no care as a client/customer. No payment plans. Really considering a new dental office. They’re kind enough but I’d like as much customer service as before, not to go backwards.
