A	Angelic Harmony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have SEVERE anxiety and dental phobia, just thinking about it makes me shake, nauseous, and cry. I needed my wisdom teeth removed and some other work, i was absolutely terrified and cried about it every night, so if your anxiety is as awful as mine, i promise you, getting IV sedation is the best thing you can do if thats an option for you. I only remember getting the IV in, having my mom and the workers comfort me and put a blanket on me, and then it was like i blinked and they were finishing up my stitches, i felt no pain at all (until after i left but thats normal with tooth extraction) , no scary noises, it was like taking a nap. Im so grateful for it, i was so terrified, and now im so happy that all my years of avoiding the dentist even though i needed work done is over in 1 appointment!
P	Patricia Benson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had 3 fillings with Dr.Cho I Had no freezing and it was Completely painless only feeling pressure but no real pain, The staff was very friendly & I felt completely comfortable, Wait tome was only 10 minutes at the most, and Everyone was friendly and up beat, I can definitely say I was 100% Pleased and will be back again, If they will have me! lol I have never left a Dentist office Feeling better!! THEY ? IT!!
J	Jay-Lynn Doris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't ever recommend again to anyone. I got surgery done at their office and was quoted the cost based off of what my insurance company would cover. I paid the remaining that was due after surgery. Got a call 3 months later saying they are sending me to collections for a balance due on my account. They also said they have contacted me multiple times. That was the first phone call I received since the surgery. I double checked my email and I never received an email stating that I owed them any money. Beyond frustrating to be told I'm being sent to collections for a payment I had no idea I was going to owe. If I had known their "quote" was actually an "estimate" I would have contacted my benefits company to find out exactly what was covered. Don't send people to collections for a payment you never informed them about.

I had a dental emergency a few years ago and they helped me as comfortable as possible through the entire process. My most recent visit, another emergency, was with Dr. Cho, she was very good, hummed a song through the whole process and rebuilt a tooth that looks better than the original. They have also done great work for my wife and she has had the best of care and understanding from the dentists at the office.

Dr Chan was very gentle to the point that I never felt pain from the freezing process through to the final stitches. It isn’t often that I can say that from any dental experience. Thank you for the great experience. A++++

I’ve never had a dental hygienist or dentist be too rough or hard on my teeth, they are careful and still efficient at everything from scans and cleanings, to even wisdom teeth removal. If I ever have questions or concerns, they are handled perfectly and quickly. I will always stick with Bear Creek. Nothing but great things to say!
