★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seller and buying a house can be very difficult especially if your doing it for the first time. A friend of mine recommended Troy and the choosing him for this job is the best decision! He has a solid plan for staging my house, so solid that my house got sold in 2 days after posting and within market value. He facilitated contacts who are also great to work with for my mortgage and buying a new house in Edmonton. He’s always there for you even if he’s on a vacation. I will highly recommend Troy for those who are selling and buying a house!

Within two days of contacting Troy we were viewing 10 houses with Troy and his colleague Kat Macnab, next day re-looked at 4 and a few hours later we were driving back to PR with an accepted offer! The knowledge of the area, the market and the Grande Prairie economy is priceless! Not to mention great people to work with!!! We’ve been telling everyone we know about these two ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started with an inquiry if we can sell our house so we can upgrade. That same day, Troy came over to evaluate our house and it was sold 12 hours after it was posted in the market. Troy’s team was so helpful and everything was stress free. Troy is very professional to work with and he does take good care of his clients. I know I have a lot of requests but he was able to deliver all of them even when he was out of the country.
