Ordered a Christmas birthday arrangement (expecting to get similar to pic as advertised on website with red, green, golds, pine cones) and instead got a horribly cheap grocery store special with oranges and pink carnations. In December?!?! Never again. After sharing this story I hear many others will never use them again. Wish I had known this before!
