★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storage facilities are clean and secure. Being located in West Ridge is also a nice perk. Lee is wonderful and always a pleasure to deal with; she's friendly, helpful and does her best to get your money's worth. Upper management is questionable but the good news is that they are located in another city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rented a small unit as that was all that was available but 2 weeks later a larger unit became available, I rented it and Lee in Orillia was awesome she explained that if I emptied the small unit I would get a credit added to my new account.
All in all a fantastic experience..
Absolutely 5 stars…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that there are no storage units left to rent says a lot! They are clean and secure. Lee has been a great help and I would recommend the Orillia location for sure! There are security cameras and a locked gate which gives extra peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 3 bedroom house here for a year and a half! Great storage facility, very clean and secure. I felt safe knowing my stuff was here.
Friendly staff!.
The only down fall that inconvenienced me was being billed every 28 days so each month the bill was due on a different day. During the beginning of covid when my business had to close that was a pain. But when I re-opened it was OK.
Other then that everything was amazing I just moved out yesterday and they were so accommodating and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a storage unit this is the place to go, super clean units easy access . Lee was awesome to deal with, she is full of humour and extremely helpful. Had to add a few more days rental and she was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We feel very comfortable knowing our storage unit is secure and always being monitored. Our experience with Green Storage started by meeting Lee on our arrival. Lee walked us through the complex and showed us a unit which was super clean and met our needs. She made us feel we had made the right choice in our search for a storage unit. Lee has a great outgoing, friendly and professional demeanor whenever we have the opportunity to see her. She played a big part in making Green Storage our choice. I highly recommend this storage facility.
