★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tough one to review because on the one hand the storage unit was clean and the property was well maintained. I would have rated this place higher if it wasn’t for the incompetence of the administration staff. We have been out of our unit since the end of April 2021 and today is Aug. 20, 2021 as I write this review and we have yet to receive our $100 deposit back. They have held onto our $100 for over a year now. I have called many times in the last 4 months and left voice messages numerous times. They rarely return my call and when they do they have several excuses as to why it’s taking so long. Usually blaming ‘their computer software’ or any number of lame excuses. 5 weeks ago we were told a cheque had been mailed out to us. 5 weeks and still no cheque received! Last week, I was told they would literally drive a cheque out to my residence. I continue to hold my breath because as of today, I called and left another voice mail with, you guessed it, no return call. Very poor customer service.
