We ticked more than our two requirements by scoring a unit with Access Storage in Orillia. Our first impression was such a welcoming environment in the office with Denise. She took the time to explain the professional aspects of our rental and explained everything clearly.
Our unit is perfect for our storage needs. It is clean, dry and has no pests as they have pest control on the premises. The climate control safeguards our possessions.
We look forward to continuing our relationship with Access Storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy check-in. Very friendly and helpful. Downside at the Orillia facility it only has loading docks for big trucks at this time. Good news is that a handicap ramp is being built in a few weeks time. Facility is being renovated at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant staff, easy to deal with and willing to help out. Have used facilities a couple of times and my only complaint is that they need to hurry with that ramp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The individual they have working the front desk is not suitable for dealing with clients and is rude to clients - accuses them of leaving items under the garage door when you are ACTIVELY cleaning up a box that happened to spill under the door. This was done IN FRONT of other customers… what company allows an employee to berate a PAYING CUSTOMER in front of other customers???????
Also this same woman makes assumptions about peoples lockers and calls them making threats to cut your lock off and clean out your locker even though you are fully paid up and are working on getting things out of there because you found BETTER storage somewhere else. (Don’t go here, go to A1 Storage my experience there has been 9000x better than with this company and I have had things in storage with Access for YEARS)
Lockers are also rickety and made of some kind of chipboard - would be super easy for someone to break into them if they wanted.

This review is for an employee there named Denise. Her outgoing friendly attitude, her hard work ethic and knowledge of her job is the reason for this review. I hope this employee is recognized for her hardwork and dedication. This was an excellent experience. Giving Access storage 10 Stars.
