We chose Ora Kitchens , Orillia for our kitchen and laundry room make-over based on their reputation for excellence in professionalism and customer satisfaction. I am happy to say they surpassed all of our expectations. Victoria was a pleasure to work with. She was consistently available to answer our many questions and to provide sound advice. Her attention to detail and design creativity took our ideas to the next level. This resulted in us having a beautiful space we love. We would not hesitate to recommend Ora Kitchens to our friends and family.

Wow! Victoria Aita exceeded all of our expectations in helping us create a quality, exceptionally well designed, functional kitchen, especially during COVID challenges. We worked with Melissa Simms and she was incredible... Melissa was very helpful with showing us all of our options and with the design for our complete kitchen renovation. We are thrilled with the finished product and love our new kitchen. I highly recommend Ora if you are in the market. Thanks Melissa for all of your help. The famous Covid shelves. You know the ones that are in the background when you’re having a zoom call? Well I saw so many that I wanted some of my own. I attempted to design a full wall unit and Ora Kitchens made my vision come true. My vision was to have one huge wall unit from floor to ceiling to give an enhancement to the room when walking through it. I wanted this room to stand out from the others. I wanted this room to be unique from the rest of the house. Ora Kitchens made this a dream come true for me. It is more than I had imagined and turned out perfect. I think I found my new favourite room to hang out in. Even during COVID, they managed to perfect this unit in a contactless manner. I found them to be so friendly and very willing to please. Melissa was always so prompt to reply making me feel like I was the only customer. And I think she was just as excited as I was for the results. Merci

Awful experience with design and material selection. Management does not respond to customers. We've had 5+ service calls (probably closer to 10), and still aren't happy with the finished product. We did a white kitchen and found black specks and fibres throughout the kitchen cabinet and drawer faces. When Ora employee Mitch came to view the issue and I showed him the black marks he acted as if he could not see them and kept asking "where else?" As I showed him 10+ spots. We chose light grey honed quartz counter tops which came with numerous marks, stains and imperfections. Ora did send someone to clean the counter tops. The gentleman cleaning the counter tops asked why we would choose these counter tops for a kitchen, as they are highly susceptible to staining as compared to polished counter tops. We were obviously ignorant to this information, and it was never mentioned to us by the "kitchen specialist" during material selection and design. We asked for our fridge to look built in when we were doing our design, however did not want to buy a counter top depth fridge. Victoria, who we met with during design said that we could have the side wall gable come out to the edge of the fridge in order to achieve that look. We agreed. When installation was completed we noticed this had not been done. When we inquired about it, we were told that we had signed off on the incorrect dimensions and had no recourse. The rendered drawing showed exactly what we wanted but the dimensions input by Ora using our fridge dimensions was incorrect. Since we had signed off however, they would not do anything about it. Lastly, throughout all of these issues, communication with Ora is next to impossible. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mitch first, who while being unaware we could hear him through the phone with one of his installers told the installer that our issues and how they would be fixed by Ora "was none of our concern". Next, we got to deal with Jeremy. Jeremy would not respond to phone calls. To this day he has not returned any calls, after numerous voicemails being left. Even emails sent, he would take weeks if not months to respond to if at all. I will acknowledge that Ora did attempt to repair certain issues with our cabinets, however the product left after repair was always worse than before. We have moved on and accepted the shortfalls of our expectations and only hope others can avoid the same.

Victoria and the team at Ora Kitchens were wonderful to work with. We remodeled our entire kitchen and they helped us with design, installation and all the finishing details. Victoria came up with a thoughtful initial design and was very open to changes based on our needs - suggesting great solutions. Despite covid introducing challenges to supply chains Ora kitchens was able to install our kitchen on schedule. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Victoria was incredibly responsive both during design and post installation. Any small issues were dealt with professionally and quickly. We had a great experience. Thanks Victoria!

We just had our kitchen done by Ora Kitchens and truly in love with our new space. Victoria took our ideas and turned our space into a dream kitchen. She took time to talk through the details with us and made changes to the design, until we came up with the final plan. Communication was fantastic. Victoria also helped to design built-ins around our fireplace which turned out beautifully.

I am SO SO SO happy with our new kitchen. I would recommend Victoria, she was beyond amazing! She has an eye for design and layouts and really helps your vision turn into reality. She thinks of everything! Also the install process was great. Jake was our installer. Such a hard worker and has a great attention to detail. Zero complaints I am so happy with everything! Thank you
