The most incredible caring happy person that I have ever met in any hotel over my 50+ Years. He truly elevated the entire stay at this hotel.The hotel is immaculately kept. The rooms are fabulous with the tv greeting you with your name on it. Everything is done with care. If you are staying in the Orillia area look no further Follow Up Our Second Visit It was the second time my wife and I have stayed there. We thought the first visit was amazing!! It was not a one off, the second stay was just as amazing. The rooms are incredible. The staff though are exceptional, so very helpful, so very friendly and they exude happiness in being there. Than carries over to the guests making their stays more special. The one manager in particular Matthew made check in and check out such and incredible and happy experience as well as acknowledging my wife and I when we passed the desk and remembering my name. Other staff we dealt with were exceptional as well. If Fairfield staff were this incredible as they are at this location Fairfield would have no competitors. Looking forward to my next stay in Orillia. Thank you for all

H	Harry Plummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, modern hotel with some suites. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel is within 5 minute walk of shopping, restaurants and cinema. Ample free parking. Buffet breakfast included was okay but not up to my expectations compared with other properties in the same chain but that may be because guest numbers were very low due to covid and being Christmas time.

Many unique designs implemented that make the stay even better ie: Bigger windows, crossover blinds to ensure no light through the gap, New rooms, Clean & Staff was very kind & funny! It was nice to share a few good laughs while being away from home.

The check in was fast and easy, and they even knew it was my birthday and left us a a welcome card and gift bag in the room, with a nice handwritten note signed by their team. Incredible service so far, and the room is big and comfortable.

a	ashly leger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed a night at the Fairfield inn , in Orillia and it was great. Fresh clean smell when you walk in the door , very nice staff and the rooms were lovely. Very clean bathroom , amazing walk in glass shower and a beautiful mirror over the vanity. Breakfast is continental with your room which is very nice. They have an assortment of delicious breakfast items from a waffle station , to create your own porridge bowls as well as many hot items and a juice station. I would 10/10 stay here again!
A	A One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't stop praising this place enough. Of all the hotels I've been to over the years, this one would have to be among the best. Very kind, sweet staff. The daily breakfast is until 9am, but goes well past that time to allow other patrons a chance to grab a bite. Very professional. Very accommodating! Would definitely recommend to all. Will certainly be back. Thank you to all the managers and staff who run this amazing establishment.
