★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible treasure to find in Alberta. Lunch was very, very good. Went for dessert and ice cream after to a cute little shop there. Clothing store had clothes on sale and even regular priced items were reasonable. Great selection. Emporium has to be seen to be believed. This is a must do trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful and quaint little village located very close to Pigeon Lake Camping Park! Very handy to to shop for groceries or pharmacy needs. There's an Ice Cream Shop and a Pub/Restaurant that has the most scrumptious meals. A gas station is handy there too.
I would have given 5 stars but both times we were there, a lot of the other shops were closed. I was also disappointed that no one had any souvenirs to purchase.

I also went to one of the gift shops. It was amazing to see such diverse things available in rural areas.
